Non-woven Bag Production Process

We briefly introduce the production process of non-woven bags in order to better understand non-woven bags.

In the first step, make sure to use a few grams of fabric, so you must first choose the fabric with the specified weight, and choose the one with a glossy surface and appropriate hardness. This material is more convenient for printing, and the finished product is better. Good or bad directly affects the overall beauty of the bag.

In the second step, the non-woven bag is sewn from a small piece of fabric, so first, according to the size specified by the customer, the fabric should be cut into the corresponding specifications by the machine. Generally, the front and back sides and the bottom are in the same piece. , and then the two sides, if it is a handbag, it will be cut into strips.

Third, the next step is printing. Now most of the non-woven bags are screen-printed, printed piece by piece by hand, and then put on an iron shelf to dry.

In the fourth step, the dry non-woven fabric is distributed to the workers, and the pieces of fabric are combined with a sewing machine to become a beautiful non-woven bag.
