How is the ultrasonic non-woven bag made, and what are the advantages? At present, most of the environmental protection bags are non-woven environmental protection bags, and the ultrasonic non-woven welding machine is currently used more.


Working principle: The high-frequency oscillation is used to transmit the sound wave to the welding surface of the workpiece by the welding head, and the molecules of the workpiece are instantly rubbed to reach the melting point of the plastic, so as to complete the rapid dissolution of the solid material and complete the welding. Its joint strength is close to that of a single piece of continuous material, and as long as the joint surfaces of the product are designed to match, there is no problem with complete sealing.


Compared with traditional needle stitching, it has the following advantages:


1. Using ultrasonic welding, needle and thread are not used, the trouble of frequent needle and thread change is saved, there is no broken thread joint of traditional thread stitching, and the textile can be neatly cut and sealed locally. The stitching also plays the role of decoration. It has strong bonding force, can achieve waterproof effect, clear embossing, more three-dimensional relief effect on the surface, fast working speed, good product effect and more high-end and beautiful appearance; quality is guaranteed.


2. Using ultrasonic and special steel wheel processing, the sealed edge will not crack, will not hurt the edge of the cloth, and there is no burr or curling phenomenon.


3. No preheating is required during manufacture, and it can be operated continuously.


4. It is easy to operate, and it is not much different from the traditional sewing machine operation method. Ordinary sewing workers can operate it.


5. Low cost, 5 to 6 times faster than traditional machines, and high efficiency.
