There are also types of inks, including water-based inks and oil-based inks. On the basis of these two inks, it is also divided into several types. Generally speaking, water-based ink is relatively more expensive. Therefore, when general non-woven bag manufacturers choose printing ink, they choose water-based ink. After all, this is a product. When choosing materials, you still have to think Lord's. The oil-based ink is relatively smelly. Because the oil-based ink is doped with a chemical, formaldehyde! And the smell of formaldehyde is emitted into the air along with the smell of the ink, so it is normal to have a peculiar smell in the place where the oil-based ink printing products are stored.

And many non-woven bags have peculiar smell, that is, many manufacturers use oil-based inks when choosing inks. From the perspective of saving production costs, oil-based inks are cheaper than water-based inks. It is normal for the woven bag to have an odor.

On the other hand, in addition to the ink, the non-woven bag material is also related. Generally, there are two types of non-woven materials. One is a brand new material of 100. The composition of this brand new material is polypropylene, and there is no formaldehyde component, so the brand new material has no peculiar smell. The ordinary material is mixed with some recycled materials. In the production process, in order to make the return material and new material fuse well, some fusion agents are mixed. Therefore, it is normal for the non-woven bags produced from this fabric to be accompanied by peculiar smells.
